The User Research Round-Up: CW 5
ResearchOps Strategy, leading design as a UXR, three ways to score UX, crafting music hardware, & panel building
Hello curious human!
Well I officially did not want to come home from skiing — I had to basically pry my skis off 😂 but I was very proud to go down my first black run and am already looking forward to next year’s ski trip (and lots of hot chocolate and cheese, but not together!).
However, as difficult as it was to come back I am SOOO very excited to announce that my UXR AI prompt library is officially live! And you can grab it at the early bird pricing until Friday, Jan 31st!
You can see how I use my own AI prompt library in my day to day work:
I meticulously designed this library with 60 prompts you can use to make your research more efficient. These prompts truly take away the “blank-page-syndrome” and make your workflow much more streamlined, effective, and efficient
I highly recommend getting on the AI train — it’s a really important skill we’re going to need as user researchers. Let me know if you have any questions!

Defining a ResearchOps Strategy Masterclass (Events) by Kate Towsey
If you’ve ever felt like your research processes could use a bit more structure (or let’s be honest, a lot more structure), this masterclass is a must. Kate Towsey is the go-to expert when it comes to ResearchOps, and she breaks it all down in a way that’s both strategic and totally doable. Whether you’re just starting to think about operations, Kate’s insights will help you create a solid foundation that actually scales. I love how practical and no-nonsense her approach is—perfect for anyone tired of messy, ad-hoc research processes.
