This is a fantastic podcast on the different types of career paths you can take within the context of your role. It is a wonderful look at how careers aren’t necessarily linear. I found this myself when I took a huge role and salary hit when I moved, but I am so glad I did it. I hope this is inspiring to you, especially if you are stressed about finding that “one perfect career.”
