UX Research Job Postings Show the Discipline is Here to Stay (Article) by Kathryn Brookshier
If anyone is still in the mindset that user research will be annihilated, this article should help! The ultimate guide to JTBD with Bob Moesta (Video) by Lenny’s Newsletter
I mean, it’s hard to beat a guide to JTBD by someone who co-founded it, and this very video is a wonderful resource (combine it with Jim Kalbach’s Jobs To Be Done Playbook) that helps us gain even more clarity on this sometimes mysterious and buzzword-y approach. I highly recommend listening to this video with team members and discussing any learnings and ways to apply JTBD at your organization.

Episode 44: Using quantitative research as a qualitative user researcher (Podcast) by Nikki Anderson-Stanier
Quantitative research is so important to include in our toolkits - it serves the purpose of narrowing the scope of research, giving us important usability data, and helping us to prioritize large amounts of qualitative insights. In this podcast, I go through concrete ways of introducing quantitative methods to your process so you can get into that mixed methods mindset.
I’ve answered all the questions in the upcoming podcast episodes - stay tuned! Please submit questions here if you want your questions answered in this newsletter!
Congratulations, Nikki! Excited to read it.
