I was thinking, in this text you talked about using the pyramid method in reports, but thinking about presentation and slide decks, when one have to share live the insights from a research, can I use the structure or that would be too "direct" ?
I still absolutely use this structure to share things live because I like to make sure the live sharings are still in an actionable/digestible structure. I'll use something like this in like a slack message still!
I would also say, always ask for feedback as well after sharing so that you can gauge how your stakeholders responded and how helpful the sharing method was
